Terrible service, the bank is empty and you have to wait 50 minutes to be served. In addition, people come in without a turn and they tend it... This is a mockery for customers. Maybe BBVA. It has a first class customer policy and some other classification. What a disappointment for a bank that has several modules, few clients, if not zero, and a waiting time of more than 50 minutes. What will happen to the people who come on days when the bank is really full... In short, infeciveness? Mediocrity? Bad system? blame. Thank you BBVA for allowing me to waste 50 minutes of my life.
